Abstract

Compared with the traditional open surgery, laparoscopic surgery has less bleeding, less trauma, quicker recovery. Laparoscopic techniques in the field of foreign veterinary widely in clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases, livestock production and embryo transplantation, a relatively small domestic laparoscopic technique in animals. Sheep bile inhibition on acute and chronic inflammation were significantly sheep bile mainly rely on to get slaughtered after the removal of their gallbladder, also reported through the implementation of the sheep living donor bile drainage laparotomy, but due to the gallbladder of free easily exposed and other reasons, the implementation of the conventional laparotomy animal body. Therefore, the present study is intended to be applied to laparoscopic surgery technology bile drainage sheep implementation, and to verify the safety and feasibility of comparing a sheep laparoscopic and open bile drainage, the technology in the veterinary clinic and surgery promote the application to provide a scientific basis. In this experiment, 12 healthy sheep, were randomly divided into two groups, respectively laparoscopic bile drainage group and laparotomy bile drainage group. The LBD group of using Trocar Free Veress needle straight into the established pneumoperitoneum, and then entered the casing equipment, gallbladder traction placement fistula operation to laparoscopic bile drainage during surgery with severe monitors and respiratory monitors full custody the preoperative anesthesia after 10min, 30min and immediately after the four time points record data and analyze the impact of the surgery on the physiological functions of the body. The OBD group by the exposure of the abdominal cavity, to explore the the gallbladder, placement fistula operation to complete and operative throughout guardianship. Postoperative evaluation of pain response of two groups of experimental animals, the degree of intra-abdominal adhesions and bile collection results. Jugular venous blood collected in the postoperative multiple time points, the two groups were compared surgery on sheep multiple stress indicators. The two groups were operated successfully completed the LBD group mean operative time was 50min, the incision length 2.5cm; and the OBD mean operative time was 44min. Incision length 12cm. LBD group surgery in end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure was significantly higher than the OBD group. Patients with abnormal drainage of bile to achieve the desired effect, during the three days after the the OBD group of VAS pain score was significantly higher than the LBD group, and the degree of adhesion the OBD group also significantly higher than the LBD group. Two groups were compared, the impact of surgery on stress and liver and kidney function, laparotomy. All sheep bile collection to good effect. The experiment successful completion of a sheep laparoscopic bile drainage, surgery on the sheep's breathing, circulation and other physiological indicators have minimal impact, and the good effects of postoperative bile collection, thus proving the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic biliary drainage. Laparoscopic bile drainage with laparotomy, a small incision, clear vision surgery, less blood loss, postoperative pain, body recovery fast and stress response, and LBD postoperative abdominal adhesions degree significantly less than the the OBD group that laparoscopic surgery is less than the damage caused by the body laparotomy.
