Abstract

Everyone is eager to get social recognition, people around the social recognition norms put forward various ideas, but what it is proper recognition of norms? Paper attempts to make an answer to this question. Recognition of the relationship between people is a fundamental moral relations, social justice is a prerequisite to determine a reasonable recognition of social norms is to build a good basic starting point. Current awareness of this issue, there are two basic paths discussed, one is the path to real doctrine, one is the path to the program doctrine. The path through the substance of Marxism philosophy of departure from certain fundamental values ??recognized directly deduce the ideal specification. Charles Taylor, Axel Honneth, Alto · Leticia energy, Heikki · Aika Seamus, who have taken this path. They are not only faced with the difficulties of its own logical argument, but they also face substantial difficulties in the general doctrine path. A common feature of real theory and its finality monologue, they think through the study of philosophy philosopher alone can find the ideal acknowledged norms, and this specification is ideal to determine the same. However, people seek social recognition inherently requires community participation and dialogue, otherwise such recognition would not be considered a true recognition of the freedom to make. In addition, people's needs always with the history and change, with the social differences are different. Ultimate viewpoint ignores this change and diversity, and even easy to identify and recognize the relationship becomes rigid, thereby limiting people's identity and recognition of the new relationship needs. Therefore, the real doctrine path is not desirable. The path through the program philosophy of Marxism developed a democratic process, and then allow citizens from the line through these procedures decide on the specific recognition of specification. In the current program, there are two typical path of Marxism theory, first advocated by James Tully order based on the principles of civil liberties purely procedural theory of Marxism, the other is Nancy Fraser advocated in order to participate based on the principle of equality that are not purely procedural doctrine theory. Two theories to avoid the substantive doctrine monologue and ultimate sexual difficulties arising, but there own difficulties. Tully procedural principles to ensure the openness of the dialogue, but it is difficult to ensure the legitimacy of the results. The Fraser advocates a substantive principles, which attempt to ensure the legitimacy of the results, but unduly restrict the scope of democratic dialogue. In view of these critical analysis, based on the article suggests a special procedure doctrine views: based on the principle of mutual recognition procedure doctrine of view. According to this view, the ideal of mutual recognition is the recognition of any relationship between the basic principles. Because the relationship is one of mutual recognition of the social conditions of the formation of self-esteem, and self-esteem is the most important prerequisite of any good life. Principle of mutual recognition on the one hand to ask for reasonable specification must be mutual recognition, and can not be unidirectional; other requirements through a democratic process to decide on the specific norms of mutual recognition, since the formation of democratic dialogue is a necessary condition for mutual recognition between . Mutual recognition of norms is not reasonable to determine the truth, but the formation of specific social and historical period of social ideals. Democratic dialogue process should be designed to promote the formation of mutual recognition between the target. This procedure includes the following basic elements: political equality, consultation and dialogue majority decision rules. At the same time, because the democratic process goal is mutual recognition, so the results of democratic decision-making principle of mutual recognition should also be reviewed. As recognition of the diversity and history of changes in requirements as well as the reality of the democratic deficiencies during operation, this democratic process is a necessary condition to achieve mutual recognition, but not a sufficient condition. It is a non-established procedures, it does not guarantee that will be able to achieve mutual recognition of the results, but through its ability to target the closest mutual recognition. Therefore, through this program has come to recognize the normative legitimacy. This kind of mutual recognition procedures based on the principles of Marxism view not only how to determine a proper recognition of social norms provides a theoretical foundation, but managed to avoid substance doctrine and the Dilemmas of the current program. Compared with the real theory, it is certainly a recognition of conversational norms and historical variability. Theory and compared to the current program, because the principle of mutual recognition is a substantive principles, so it makes democratic results under scrutiny which can enhance the legitimacy of the results; same time, because the principle of mutual recognition principle is a weak real - Any community in the form of principles - so it does not restrict the dialogue can be invoked in the grounds, which guarantees the authenticity of consultation and openness. This conclusion is as follows: For those who have been admitted to a people governed by norms, norms only if such recognition through the participation of these people are based on the principle of mutual recognition of the democratic process, this is the proper recognition of norms The.
