Abstract


Head Head 2 - [ 1-4 - pyridyl) ethoxy ] acetic acid esters , and its impact on the ability of learning and memory in mice . Method 4 - ethyl- pyridine (1 ) with NBS by Whol-ziegler reaction to give 4 - (1 - bromoethyl) pyridine (2 ) , and then via the Williamson condensation with the alcohol of sodium salt of the hydroxy-acetate to give 2 - [1 - (4 - pyridyl) ethoxy ] acetate (3). matter of Taiwan 3 with various alcohols by the ester exchange reaction to obtain the objective compound 4a-41, 5a-5g. channel type water maze test compound promoting mice learning and memory activity . Results and conclusions were designed and synthesized 20 new compounds have not been reported , the structure confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy . Pharmacological Experimental results show that 2 - [1 - (4 - pyridyl) ethoxy] acetic acid 2 - dialkylamino ethyl -based compound has a good promoting learning and memory in mice .
