Objective: To investigate recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in acute myocardial infarction associated with clinical efficacy in the treatment of patients with acute left ventricular failure and possible adverse reactions. Methods: A prospective controlled study, selected in December 2008 -2010 in November admitted 52 patients with acute anterior wall of the hospital wards, extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction with acute left ventricular failure patients, according to the treatment, improve the situation for recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) group (treatment group, 30 cases) and nitroglycerin group (control group, n = 22) were observed in all patients before treatment and after clinical signs and symptoms, recorded before and after treatment, blood pressure, heart rate , urine output, blood oxygen saturation degree (SpO2), brain natriuretic peptide levels, liver and kidney function, and hospitalization time indicators to explore rhBNP associated with clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute left ventricular failure and possible adverse reactions in patients with acute myocardial infarction . Results: 1, the two groups after treatment than before treatment in heart rate, urine output, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, BNP level indicators improved, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05) before and after treatment the two groups in the liver and kidney function deterioration was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Indicators of treatment groups were compared before and after treatment with the control group, before treatment, heart rate, urine output, blood pressure, BNP level of the two groups had no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); After treatment, the treatment group in heart rate, oxygen saturation, BNP levels were compared with the control group improved more significantly, the blood pressure decrease is smaller than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). 2, the treatment groups were compared with the control group of patients with clinical symptoms and signs, heart function improved clinical efficacy in the treatment group the total effective rate of 90.00%, 63.63% in the control group; average length of stay, the treatment group was 16.1 ± 2.5 days, The control group was 20.7 ± 3.1 days in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group. 3, adverse reactions, the two groups of patients did not occur to severe hypotension, liver and kidney function deterioration and electrolyte deterioration. The two groups have a small number of patients with ventricular arrhythmias, but no statistically significant differences, consider the disease itself, and has nothing to do with the application of drugs. Conclusion: The recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide as a new drug in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with acute heart failure shows good clinical effect, can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms and indicators, its better than nitric glycerin and other traditional medicines, at the same time not cause serious adverse reactions, can be widely used clinically.
