Abstract


Purposes: 1. Was skin treasure topical treatment of vitiligo, the control group of wrestlers dipropionate, betamethasone clinical comparison; monitoring group efficacy by confocal laser scanning microscopy to determine the degree of recovery of leukoplakia lesions after treatment basal layer of pigment and epidermis other changes. 2 using CLSM clinical common in the scanned image of the six kinds of leukoplakia dermatosis characterized preliminary exploration. The preliminary diagnosis is based on clinical leukoplakia skin. : 1.36 patients with vitiligo white spot lesions were randomly divided into three groups were given skin treasure up Hercules dipropionate, betamethasone, at 3-6 months after treatment, according to the of vitiligo conventional clinical efficacy criteria, three groups drug treatment before and after the efficacy of evaluation. CLSM lesions follow-up period were monitored and the degree of change and epidermal changes of the basal layer of pigment treatment, evaluation of the the actual pigment degree of recovery of the three groups differences and other changes, differences thus found of vitiligo clinical CLSM scanning illness recovery. By CLSM were observed 132 cases of leukoplakia lesions, to record basal layer of pigment grade, and really epidermal structural features, the preliminary determination anemia mole, vitiligo, nevi, post-inflammatory hypopigmentation, tinea versicolor, white rosea CLSM scan image features and image differences. Results: 1.3 clinical efficacy comparison: 3,6 months after the treatment period, have skin Po (A) higher than the effective rate of up to Lux (B group), dipropionate, betamethasone (C group), group A, B, C group compared to the efficiency has a significant difference. Group B and group C there was no statistically significant difference. Three groups after the treatment period June vitiligo lesions in different parts of the clinical efficiency with no significant difference. A group Progress in the treatment of vitiligo efficient and stable period statistically significant, B, C group no significant difference. No significant difference in adverse reactions. Three groups of pigments a CLSM monitoring treatment recovery level, the dendritic melanocytes existence, as well as the cell edema exists or not have a statistically significant difference. 2.6 kinds leukoplakia dermatosis CLSM scanned image characteristics: anemia mole underlayer pigment without significantly reduced; the remaining 5 leukoplakia dermatosis performance for the different degrees of the dye reduction, but the degree of distribution of the pigment and pigment reduction are not the same. Conclusion: 1. Was Lifebuoy topical treatment of vitiligo clinical efficacy significantly better than up Hercules and dipropionate times betamethasone CLSM observation Lifebuoy basal layer of pigment recovery, the dendritic melanocytes generate significantly better than the other two groups. 2.CLSM can be used for preliminary analysis and evaluation of the various types of leukoplakia skin pigment distribution and the extent of demyelination.
