Abstract

Objective: To propose Room with abnormal indexing; application the XION voice analysis software, in a different position when the vocal room with acoustic testing, explore the room with variation in a different position when the voice; the explore room with pronunciation relationship and the location of the room with the pronunciation. : Application of multimedia technology, the use of the XION acoustic analysis software, ENT treatment of 100 patients from February 2009 to December 2010, the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, which chamber 20 cases with the middle bit, I givers booth 20 cases, Ⅱ givers booth 20 cases, 20 cases received bit Ⅰ degree degree II received bit 20 cases. Of the 100 cases of patients with electronic laryngoscope and voice acoustic analysis. To determine the location of the room with the use of the XION electronic laryngoscope, the position is determined, the subjects voice fatigue test index and sound disturbance index measurement, the the voice fatigue test measured parameters for the low sound pressure levels and high SPL The error rate on the the SPL error rate in the same chamber with the position between the sexes, and different positions chamber compare with the error rate of the SPL; obtained in the measurement of the sound barriers index parameter is the highest fundamental frequency minimum volume, maximum phonation time, Jitter, DSI, whether the statistical significance of the parameters between the relatively the same room with the position of men and women, and the room with a different location of the same parameters to compare. Results: voice fatigue test test: ① group sex comparison: Room with the Ⅱ givers booth between males and females were not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); room with I givers booth gender were not statistically significance (P gt; 0.05); room with the middle bit low sound pressure levels between men and women was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), the high SPL gender was no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05); Room with a degree Ⅰ received bit gender comparison was not statistically significant (p> 0.05); room with Ⅱ degree received bit low sound pressure levels between men and women showed no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), high sound pressure level gender comparison was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). ② room with a different location of the same parameter comparison: male groups between the error rate is relatively low sound pressure levels: P lt; 0.05; a male high SPL error rate room with I givers booth and II the givers booth between more obvious difference (P gt; 0.05), I was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); female room with low sound pressure levels between Ⅰ degree adduction adduction bit and Ⅱ degree bit error rate was not statistically significant (p gt; 0.05), rooms with I givers booth and II the givers booth between low sound pressure level error rate of no statistical significance (p gt; 0.05), I have a statistically significant (p lt; 0.05); women sound pressure level error rate comparison: closing bit Ⅰ degree room with II the givers booth and room with no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), I have a statistically significant (p lt; 0.05). Sound disability index test: ① group sex comparison: the room with baseband II givers booth between men and women, minimum volume, maximum phonation time, Jitter no statistical significance (p gt; 0.05), the DSI statistical significance (P lt; 0.05); the highest baseband I givers booth between men and women, the minimum volume, maximum phonation time, Jitter, the DSI values ??had no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05); intermediate position between men and women the highest fundamental frequency, minimum volume, maximum phonation time, Jitter, the DSI values ??showed no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05); Ⅰ degree received bit baseband between men and women, minimum volume, maximum phonation time, Jitter , DSI value is not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05); of degrees II received bits between men and women the highest fundamental frequency, minimum volume, Jitter, the DSI values ??had no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), the longest the pronunciations time was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05). ② room with a different location of the same parameters to compare the results: male and female rooms with each position DSI There was no statistical significance (P lt; 0.05); men Ⅱ givers booth and Ⅰ degree received bits highest baseband significance (P gt; 0.05), location of the highest fundamental frequency was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05), the highest female Ⅱ givers booth and Ⅰ degree received bit baseband was no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05) other position is the highest fundamental frequency was statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); minimum volume between the men, women had no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05); maximum phonation time of the men, women were statistically significant (P lt; 0.05); the male chamber the with Ⅱ givers booth and I givers booth Jitter no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), the rest position Jitter statistical significance (P lt; 0.05), female room the with Ⅱ givers booth and I givers booth room with II the givers booth and adduction bit Jitter Ⅰ degree no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), other location were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: ① chamber band involved in the process of the pronunciations; ② chamber with in the normal position, the lowest index of sound fatigue and sound barriers, the chamber with a deviation from the normal position, the sound fatigue and sound barriers index increased; with the degree of deviation of plus the fatigue of the great voices and sound barriers index increase; the received bits ③ room with sound and room sound band booth differences lesions symmetry, adduction bit sound in the room with the degree of fatigue and sound barriers band index higher than room booth received bit Ⅱ degree within the greatest impact on the pronunciation; ④ voice fatigue test and sound barriers index test evaluation room with lesions can be used as an important objective indicators.
