Abstract


Objective To investigate the intrauterine diagnosis of fetal urinary system abnormalities , dynamically observe the changes and pregnancy outcomes provide theoretical and clinical basis for prenatal and postnatal care , and make guidance for clinical treatment . Submitted by the 2005-2009 the hospital prenatal diagnosis center fetal urinary system abnormalities 440 cases pooled analysis of induction of labor records autopsy results for a period of 1 year follow-up , maternity newborn observe the prognosis . Results in 440 cases of fetal urinary tract abnormalities alone 190 cases of hydronephrosis ( unilateral hydronephrosis in 84 cases , bilateral hydronephrosis 81 cases associated with other organ malformations in 22 cases ) ; hydronephrosis with ureteral plot water (including a huge bladder ) 11 ; polycystic kidney disease 98 cases ; renal agenesis or renal dysplasia 83 cases ( bilateral in 22 cases ) ; 37 cases of renal duplication (bilateral renal duplication two cases ) ; 22 cases of ectopic kidney ; fetal kidney abnormalities associated with other organ malformation of 50 cases . Consultation by the Prenatal Diagnosis Center , select 203 cases of termination of pregnancy , childbirth and neonatal 222 cases , loss of follow-up in 15 cases . Conclusion combined with other simple hydronephrosis antenatal and post - natal follow-up observation found that the simple mild hydronephrosis natural healing , the treatment of moderate to severe hydronephrosis by surgery prognosis , the diagnosis of simple renal pelvis plot The water is not a termination of pregnancy indications ; hydronephrosis with bilateral of hydroureter and great bladder , mostly associated with urinary tract obstruction . Bilateral polycystic kidney disease , renal agenesis and bilateral renal dysplasia , there is no special treatment , once the diagnosis of early termination of pregnancy .
