Abstract


The crime of huge unidentified property is a new accusation and bases on summarizing experience in the criminal law of our country. The crime is creating serious dangers increasingly, which has seriously affected our country to prevent and suppress the Embezzlement and Bribery. Since the crime of huge unidentified property is produced, it has been a controversial issue in the criminal law field. Experts and scholars have some opinions. From the viewpoint of legislative history, this article analysis and discusses the crime constitution, judicial determination and legal perfection. In addition,the writer discuss the questions about the legislation and judicial a application of the law. In the end, Gives his own idea about legal perfection which is aimed at making the crime of huge unidentified property be more legitimacy and scientific, then producing better legal and social affect.
