Pattern of conductive polymer has been applied in the past few decades , the field-effect converters , light-emitting diodes , integrated circuits and sensors , and many other fields . Submicron / micron resolution conductive polymer pattern due to its special properties , in recent years much attention. However, the current method used for rapid , low-cost on a large area to build a pattern of conductive polymer is not much , and thus has an important significance in the development of conductive polymer pattern comply with the above requirements of the method of constructing a wide range of application of the conductive polymer pattern . In order to develop quickly over a large area , low-cost method to build a pattern of conductive polymer , in this paper we mainly focus on the following two aspects discussed : (1) We discuss in detail the nanoimprint process , groove width / depth relatively large template imprinting process in a thinner barrier layer is not completely in detail using this imprinting method , we realize that the use of low - resolution template to build a high - resolution pattern ; incomplete imprint method are combined etching , we prepared a conductive polymer pattern of high resolution , compared to the resolution of the pattern on the template used nearly 10 times , reducing the production cost of the pattern ; in such a high-resolution polyaniline pattern as a template, by an electrostatic method of assembling the selective deposition of silver nanoparticles in the the polyaniline surface of prepared composite pattern of the hi-res . (2) Based on the self-assembly of polystyrene spheres array , we can be prepared cycle complementary pattern polymer imprint template . Selection of different diameter polystyrene spheres , we build a cycle of PMMA pattern , combined with the conductive polymer copolymer deposition cycle polyaniline lattice ; by controlling the the PMMA pattern of etching time , we can also get diameter polyaniline lattice . In addition , we also lattice complementary polyaniline mesh pattern . Overall , this paper introduces two kinds of ingenious ways to build a conductive polymer pattern over a large area , a large number of low - cost to build a conductive polymer pattern , the new solution .
