Purpose : research Hin stomach particles precancerous lesions ( Qi and Yin stasis toxin ) in patients with serum osteopontin ( OPN ) level , clinical efficacy, and safety of progress of of stomach particle treatment of patients with precancerous lesions mechanism of action . Methods: 60 cases of gastric precancerous lesions ( Qi and Yin stasis toxin ) were randomly divided into two groups , treatment group, 30 cases , 30 cases of the control group , treatment group welcomed the stomach particles, three times a day , each 10 grams ; control group Weifuchun tablet , 4 tablets each time , 3 times a day , the treatment lasted 12 weeks , to disable other drugs during this period , serum osteopontin levels were observed in patients , clinical symptoms , endoscopy and pathology , Helicobacter pylori , and the total effect . Results: ( 1) Clinical studies have shown that the main clinical symptom improvement of the treatment group, the total effective rate was 96.43% , compared with the control group , a significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . (2 ) endoscopy and therapeutic total effective rate was 92.86% , compared with the control group , a significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) (3 ) treatment group HP clearance rate was 81.82% , compared with before treatment , a significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) (4 ) in the treatment group can increase the serum osteopontin levels were significantly different ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , compared with before treatment . Conclusion: Yan stomach particles better clinical efficacy in the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions partially reversed the pathological state of precancerous lesions to improve precancerous lesions of gastric dysplasia , intestinal metaplasia pathological conditions and can better suppression kill Helicobacter pylori, and serum osteopontin levels .
