Abstract

Loess Plateau is one of the most serious soil erosion areas in the world, very fragile ecological environment is the main area of ??the Yellow River sediment sources, to restore vegetation ecology of the area and to promote sustainable development, alleviate the lower reaches of the Yellow River sediment flooding disaster has become the The regional primary problem to be solved. Restoration and construction of vegetation, improve regional ecological environment, revitalization of the regional economy and to achieve sustainable economic and social development are of great significance. In this paper, the Loess Plateau is the background, as of Yan'an city around the area as well as the typical region of the Loess Plateau, Soft Rock, Inner Mongolia the Jungar Banner West Zhao valley east a ditch, and other typical study area, take the positioning the observation field investigation and indoor test analysis combined method of soil moisture characteristics of the Loess Plateau, several vegetation types, soil seabuckthorn flexible dam reservoir regulation effect, seabuckthorn flexible dam ecohydrological effects were analyzed and discussed; vegetative filter strip purifying effect of non-point source pollutants test; advantages and disadvantages compared seabuckthorn flexible dam three velocity measurement, analysis and discussion on the design parameters of the seabuckthorn flexible dam; Finally, according to the theories and methods of environmental economics, combined with the Shaanxi Province Bin County Loess Plateau World Bank loans to two projects, the ecological benefits of the small watershed projects quantitative calculation and evaluation of the contribution to the national economic evaluation of ecological benefits. The main research papers and progress as follows: (1) natural vegetation from the lower stage to the advanced stage of the succession process in soil moisture gradually reduce Abandoned early and herbal the communities (Yinchenhao community and herbaceous communities), soil moisture differences small, at a high level, to the succession of the medium-term, the shrub stage, the soil moisture has been significant changes in soil moisture content is still high the shrub early (Periploca of shrub), but to shrub late The (Hu hazelnut shrub) soil moisture has approached or reached the level of arbores. Vegetation from the lower stage to the advanced stage of succession process is the soil reservoir water consumption. (2) seabuckthorn flexible dam through siltation depth of the thicker the channel soil reservoir can be formed, seabuckthorn flexible dam soil reservoir Soft Rock channel regulation of soil moisture has tremendous potential to improve the water supply conditions for the growth and recovery of the local vegetation. (3) vegetation growth survey results show that: ① vegetative filter with a lag effect on surface runoff and filter effects herbaceous community development situation is closely related to sea buckthorn should not be mixed as a vegetative filter strip species of herbaceous vegetation species; ② The sea buckthorn A good soil and water conservation plant and grow well in Shaanxi Province, should be planted in the grass filter strip and the receiving water bodies can achieve stable between riparian and further increased surface runoff infiltration. (4) the the runoff plot simulation results show that: vegetative filter strip is mainly through physical action and effective four pollutants filter surface runoff of suspended solids, nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients and COD reduction rate reached an average of four kinds of pollution load more than 70 percent; vegetation density, height and stiffness of the filter with the purifying effect of significant, herbaceous community developed grass filter with better filtering effect. (5) PIV velocimetry methods of the buoy law and three dyes tracer method were measured seabuckthorn flexible dam the flow rate of the flow in the experiments carried out on the basis of theoretical analysis and comparison. The experimental results of dye tracer method PIV method similar buoy law results PIV method quite different due to human factors, the more some of the rough; accuracy of the experiment, the operability and effects, PIV method to be more practical than dyes tracer method and buoys. (6) the small watershed seabuckthorn flexible dam \jointly determine the shape of the design ideas seabuckthorn flexible dam \(7) use of the theory and methods of environmental economics, the shadow price of the vegetation to maintain and improve soil and water conservation, carbon sequestration oxygen supply and maintain landscapes effective quantitative analysis calculation, based on the ecological benefits into to national economic evaluation of soil and water conservation projects, scientific evaluation of the results and the investment returns of the soil and water conservation project construction, draw water and soil conservation measures have significant ecological benefits.
