The rapid development of the Internet, accompany and promote the development and evolution of software, software is increasingly service users and loosely coupled, interoperable way to implement the software system of on-demand and variable. The production model of the traditional software system, however, stressed the top level of a top-down design approach, emphasis on bottom-up integration method. The system formed by the application of these two methods are difficult to achieve system demand and variable. In recent years, Web services as an important form of software for its platform-independent, loosely coupled, the state characteristics has been widely recognized by the industry and academia. With the dramatic growth of online services resources, however, a large number of service resources in different forms is stored in a different system, has shown a distributed heterogeneous merely by mere semantic information to enhance the level of automation applications Web services, can not meet the software system integration and dynamic demand and variable. Although the network communication protocols, XML-based information exchange protocol basically solved the problem of interconnection and interoperability between network information resources, but interoperability issues have yet to be resolved. Today interoperability between autonomous heterogeneous Web service registry study is still in its infancy, and still do not have a common set of Web services interoperability with international standards as technical support. Interoperability between Web services, the paper mainly studies the problem of multi-body identity-based Web services interoperability between different Web service registry interoperability becomes to provide technical support for the software-demand system. The key findings are as follows: (1) through the basic theory and method of research on the Internet Web service engineering, technical standards, key technologies, based on the international standard ISO / IEC 19763-3: MFI40R build a semantic interoperability of Web services registered management framework, registration and management of Web services, and proposed two kinds of semantic Web service interoperability, the initial realization of Web services resources \(2) the traditional semantics identified on the basis of proposed improve recall and investigation makes Web services and existing Web service semantics identification algorithm based on multi-body identifies the Web services interoperability between quasi rate is improved. (3) through the analysis and abstraction of Web services description, the body element modeling technology application presents a Web services registered body, and ontology Web Service's registration as a registered Web services model; same time the use of ontology evolution The rules can be evolution generated Web services local body, the initial realization of interoperability between different Web service registry through the evolution of information between them. Finally, the paper designs and implements the semantic interoperability of Web services registered management platform prototype system, it can help users to Web services interoperability identification and access.
