Abstract


Objective: neck Jiaji combine thoroughly needling treatment of stroke shoulder - hand syndrome Ⅰ of clinical efficacy . Methods: 60 patients with post-stroke shoulder - hand syndrome Ⅰ patients , non- blinded randomized controlled parallel trial . Treatment group 30 cases , neck Jiaji combined penetration needling combined with rehabilitation therapy ; 30 patients , only the results of rehabilitation therapy : ( 1 ) after 4 weeks of treatment , the treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency respectively 93.3% and 83.3% . Treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency compare Statistically, the two groups have a significant difference ( p lt; 0.05 ) . ( 2 ) in the treatment group can effectively improve the patient's shoulder - hand syndrome indicators in the assessment scale (Shoulder Hand Syndrome Score) , pain , edema , the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant , the outreach of the elbow , external rotation , its efficacy is superior to the control group . Conclusion: (1) neck Jiaji combine thoroughly needling treatment of post-stroke shoulder - hand syndrome Ⅰ of better clinical efficacy . (2) In theory discussed neck Jiaji combine thoroughly needling to obtain significant potential efficacy mechanism Jiaji and transparent needling through the neck the dual specificity role and interaction .
