Abstract


Objective : To observe the soft capsule to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the AECB ( phlegm obstructing lung both kidney deficiency syndrome ) the improvement of the patient 's symptoms and serum IL-8 , of cough and asthma . Methods: meet the AECB period ( phlegm obstructing lung both kidney deficiency syndrome ) of 78 patients using a randomized, double-blind , placebo-controlled methods , divided into three groups : high- dose group , middle dose group control group , 26 cases in each group . High and middle dose groups were given different doses of cough and asthma soft capsule treatment and control group was given the treatment of cough and asthma soft capsule simulant . Groups before and after treatment , the improvement of the patient's symptoms and serum levels of IL- 8 levels were observed changes . Results: 1. Cough and asthma soft capsule treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis significant clinical efficacy . 92.31% total effective high dose group , middle dose group was 88.46 % , and 23.07% in the control group ; the control significantly high dose group was 80.77% , 73.08% in dose group , the control group was 7.69% . High , middle dose group total efficiency and control significant rate than the control group ( P lt ; 0.05) , the high- dose group , middle dose group no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) . 2. Soft capsule on Zhikepingchuan . Improve the chronic bronchitis, acute exacerbation of the disease cough , cough and other symptoms . The cough onset time of the high dose group was 3.45 ± 1.65 days , the middle dose group was 3.36 ± 1.48 days , the control group was 4.13 ± 1.87 days ; a cough cure time high dose group was 5.33 ± 1.11 days , the middle dose group was 5.48 ± 1.02 days the control group was 6.20 ± 0.84 days . Dose groups of high, medium and cough onset time , recovery time than the control group ( P lt ; 0.05) , the high- dose group , middle dose group no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) . 3. Soft capsule on Zhikepingchuan . Reduces chronic bronchitis, acute exacerbation of serum IL-8 levels before and after treatment , a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: 1 . Zhikepingchuan soft capsule can improve the symptoms of chronic bronchitis, acute exacerbation of patients . 2 . Zhikepingchuan soft capsule can be reduced in patients with chronic bronchitis, acute exacerbation of serum IL-8 levels . 3. Clinical efficacy of cough and asthma soft capsule significant adverse reactions .
