Objective: This project aims to clinical observation , evaluation Yishenhuoxue Huazhuo treating mild to moderate vascular dementia clinical efficacy and safety , prove that the method does have the efficacy of vascular dementia for future clinical research and development of new drugs provide the basis . Method: With reference 2002 Chinese Medical Association credits will be crazy , \Reference to the 2002 edition of \Included 60 cases and the use of computer randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients in the control group of 30 patients , two groups of subjects observed treatment effect whether there are differences , without statistical significance. Results: Cognitive function was assessed through clinical efficacy analysis compared two groups of patients , the treatment group of 30 patients , significantly better rate of 20.00% , 86.67% and total efficiency of the control group, 30 cases , significantly better rate of 3.33% , total effective rate 43.33% , indicating that the treatment group than the control group ; treatment group improved syndromes , daily living skills are better than the control group (P lt; 0.05). Conclusions: The clinical study results showed that Yishenhuoxue Huazhuo France efficacy for vascular dementia , significantly better than the control group , symptoms improved efficacy prominent, with clinical use and development value.
