Abstract


Income distribution problem is the eternal theme of economic theory research, it is also the practice of the major issues. Enter the new century, because of the correct leadership of the central committee and the people of joint efforts, china’s economic and social life develops quickly, the people’s living standard improves significantly, but economic development process also had a series of problems, The most prominent is the gap in income distribution problem. How to rationalize the distribution of income disparity becomes a difficult problem placed in front of the party and the country.This article is based on The situation of Shandong province and statistical data analysis, Emphasis on the income distribution gap between urban and rural residents in Shandong province, the different prefectures and residents’ income, the distance between different industries from personnel of income gap, enterprises of different ownership worker income gap ,It uses the four aspects to analyze the income gap of residents in Shandong province of the current situation and development trend. The reasons of Shandong residents income gap can be divided into natural history factors and policy system factors. This article emphatically from the policy system factors, using Income distribution theory at the primary stage of socialism, combined with the actual conditions in Shandong province, puts forward the reverse income distribution gap enlarging trend countermeasures and Suggestions.
