Backgrounds and research purposes sustained abnormally high blood sugar first led to endothelial cell damage , diabetic nephropathy (diabetic nephropathy, DN) of the occurrence and development of endothelial dysfunction is closely related to , or in the early diabetic kidney DN stage renal morphology has been confirmed there is a small ball angiogenesis . Angiopoietin (angiopoietins, Ang) is a newly discovered and vascular endothelial growth factor (vascular endothelial growth factor, VEGF) collaborative involvement of physiological and pathological angiogenesis cluster of protein molecules , Ang-1 and Ang-2 is Ang the two most important members of the family . Studies have shown that the main cause of VEGF immature , unstable and a leakage initial vascular network formation , and Ang-1 subsequent to promote their mature, stable and functional , Ang-2 Ang-1 is competitive inhibition factor , is to start again plastic vessel type the key factor in the presence of VEGF induced angiogenesis , VEGF is lacking promote vascular atrophy. VEGF and DN has confirmed the occurrence and development , but rarely Ang structural abnormalities and diabetic renal microvascular relationships reported. This paper through the diabetic animal model, continuous observation of multiple points Ang-1, Ang-2, Tie-2 and Thrombomodulin-1 (TM-1) expression in diabetic kidney to study in diabetic kidney Ang/Tie-2 the variation , understanding hamster kidney angiogenesis explore Ang/Tie-2 diabetic renal microvascular structure with changes in the relationship .
