Abstract


The pirates long history , although in the beginning people do not think this is a crime , and later gradually evolved into a public enemy of all mankind , especially piracy to showing more new features , it is a serious threat to maritime navigation personal and property safety . International law to punish the crime of piracy important legal basis for the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea , highlights the many inadequacies However, with the identification of piracy crimes surge in international law on the crime of piracy gradually .
