Abstract


With the society development, people are increasingly heavy environmental awareness. People gradually found that there was a devastating effect, because of the use of chemical pesticides on the environment and ecosystems. The so-called pollution control methods that is the prevention security to human, livestock, poultry, fish, bees and beneficial insects (eg, the natural enemies of pests), does not have damage and damaging effects on the ecological balance. Also its agricultural products meet the requirements of pollution-free agriculture. So now there is a transformation of the prevention of agricultural and forestry pests from relying solely on chemical control methods to pollution control methods. As a result, the use of pollution prevention and control methods of pest control in agriculture and forestry is very important.However, control methods which use sticky insect glue controlling forest diseases and pests as pollution prevention and control methods have been paid more attention. At present, the products of the sticky insect glue have shortcomings with difficult construction and poor flowing property. At the same time, there are little reports on preparing for sticky insect glue with polymer now. Specifically there are little reports on preparing for sticky insect glue with polybutene. Because the viscosity of polybutene can be adjusted at the certain molecular weight, it has been widely used in adhesive industry. But there is on use of producing sticky insect glue with polybutene which is non-toxic.It that use of polybutene produce sticky insect glue meets to the idea of pollution control and environmental protection. Because of the property of polybutene, the sticky insect glue which is made of polybutene can overcome the shortage of the present products.There is a formula optimization on environment-friendly sticky insect glue which main ingredients is polybutene adding olefin and terpene resin as plasticizer and vegetable oil as thinner on the study. We have a detailed study on the series of sticky insect glue of rotary viscosity, adhesion and sag distance. The research results show that there is a great impact in the property of sticky insect glue adding olefin and terpene resin besides the molecular and proportion of polybutene. But if we add vegetable oil as thinner, there is a great impact in the sag property of sticky insect glue. Moreover ,a series of sticky insect glue plate which have better function can be made, because we utilize color trend of insects.
