Abstract


Since 1986, China began to implement the system after the transfer of state-owned land, our land a market has been showing a \long-term planning, the annual land use planning and land use overall planning for effective convergence. Especially with the late nineties of the last century the rise of China's real estate market, the negative consequences of this phenomenon is particularly prominent.
