Abstract


Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine to ensuring economic and smooth development, to ensure export quality of the goods, to ensure agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery production safety and health of the people, maintaining the foreign trade-related parties of the legitimate rights and interests and normal international economic and trade order and promoting the development of foreign trade and breakthroughs in international technical trade barriers have a crucial role. Since reform and opening, with the economic and social development as well as foreign trade continues to expand, as a country's foreign trade policy an important part of the entry-exit inspection and quarantine work, experienced the \\In practice, the entry-exit inspection and quarantine work to ensure that our quality of export products, to prevent substandard goods and disease outbreaks incoming outgoing, safeguard national economic security to make its due contribution. However, with the foreign trade situation develops, the entry-exit inspection and quarantine work is also increasingly showing a lot of suited place.
