Abstract

Government information disclosure system in determining the right of citizens to protect the interests of the citizens, to prevent government corruption, promote political democracy and so have a significant. Compared to some foreign countries FOI legislation and practice, China's late start of the system, on May 1, 2008 promulgated the \: 1. information disclosure policy is big but not when; 2. scope of information disclosure is not clear; 3. \relief system is imperfect and so on. In the \further development of the open system.
