Abstract


Enterprise tacit knowledge includes those complicated, implicitsubjective knowledge, which is highly individualized, hard to beformalized and shared with others and owned by individual employee andorganizations in different levels in an enterprise. It also includes the tacitknowdge acquired from outside of the firm through communication andknowledge sharing. Usually existing in the form of personal experience、impression、team tacitness、technologic secrets、organizational culture andcustom, enterprise tacit knowledge is difficult to be expressed by wordslanguage data and figures. Enterprise tacit knowledge possessescharacteristics of being individual, informal, non-systematical, contextual,real-time, stable, cultural and practical. As an aggregate of tacitknowledge, enterprise’s competitive advantage and market status mainlydepends on the tacit knowledge stock and the capability to make the useof tacit knowledge.Firstly, enterprise tacit knowledge learning and enterprise innovationis discussed in this paper. It points out that individual knowledge learningis the basis of organizational knowledge learning (organizationsmentioned in this paper means organizations of different levels in anenterprise). Enterprise tacit knowledge learning is a gradually advancingand accumulating course, that increases enterprise’s knowledge base and urges organizational behavior to change, and then makes enterpriseinnovation possible. Essentially, the course of enterprise tacit knowledgelearning is aprocess of enterprise innovation, consisting of several stagesmainly including diagnosing, acquiring, innovating, diffusing, sharing,integrating, shared thinking modes forming and organization visiondriving.Then Based on economics and organization science, characteristicsof enterprise tacit knowledge learning are analyzed in this paper. It pointsout that enterprise tacit knowledge learning, characterized by dynamism,persistence, sociality, adaptability, interactivity and value, is aninstitutional arrangement between enterprise and society. Organizationbehavior in enterprise tacit knowledge learning process is determined bythe relationship between the two and the key to enterprise tacitknowledge learning is building communicating relationship that cancreate interaction function. Based on above discussion, this paper bringsforward a process model of enterprise tacit knowledge learning. Threekinds of enterprise tacit knowledge learning process model respectivelybased on learning style, knowledge transfomfing and learners arediscussed. It also analyzes the main obstacles of enterprise tacitknowledge communication, which mainly are social- psychologic barrier,personal ability barrier and environmental barrier. From the perspectiveof knowledge chain, a communicating model and sharing fragment of tacit knowledge in enterprise is provided in this paper.Next in this paper, the dynamic mechanism, optimizationmechanism, decision-making mechanism and efficiency mechanism ofenterprise tacit knowledge communication is discussed. The dynamicmechanism is firstly analyzed in the part. The distribution of enterprisetacit knowledge in time and space is unbalanced. This paper points outthat communication of tacit knowledge is primarily influenced by highpotential subjects, as well low potential subjects of tacit knowledge andresistance between employees.Then, this part analyzes the optimization mechanism of enterprisetacit knowledge communication. Based on Rough Set Theory, a neuralnetwork model of enterprise tacit knowledge communication isestablished and studied. Followingly this part discusses thedecision-making mechanism of enterprise tacit knowledgecommunication. R analyzes the multiple attribute decision-makings inenterprise tacit knowledge learning and a multiple attributedecision-making model is provided. Additionally, the efficiencymechanism of enterprise tacit knowledge communication is alsodiscussed. In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise tacitknowledge communication, it builds an analytical model by combiningSliced Inverse Regression method and Neural Network together.In the last parts of this paper, a multilevel ladder evaluation model of tacit knowledge communication is provided.Finally tacit knowledge communication in Hunan××logisticsCo,. Ltd. as a case is studied in the paper.
