With economic and social development, health become a great concern, a lot of studies have shown that physical exercise and physical health, mental health significant relationship between physical exercise can bring to humanity physiological, psychological and social benefits of adaptation, but Similarly, there are many factors that prevent people from participating in physical exercise. \About the influence of civil servants and technical personnel do not participate in physical exercise factors limited information provided by the questionnaire, especially psychological factors we need further study. Civil servants and technical personnel determine the nature of the work they are sedentary populations, then for the same graduate belonging sedentary population, this study focuses attention not to participate in physical exercise affects their psychological factors. This study used qualitative research methods, from the perspective of psychological factors affecting graduate does not participate in physical activity factors, the study used purposive sampling selected 20 full-time non-sports postgraduates, including 10 boys and 10 girls, Through in-depth interviews on their data collection, using the grounded theory method to analyze the data. The results showed: (1) does not affect the graduate to participate in physical exercise psychological factors including interest, companion, sporting experience, awareness of the importance of physical exercise on cognitive training, evaluation systems, character, habits, childhood experiences, lazy, inert, mobility. Further analysis of these factors to obtain high-level generic ingredients include: cognitive behavioral, emotional experience, subjective criteria, habits, target attitude, behavior and attitude, a sense of behavioral control, behavioral intentions, personality traits. (2) do not participate in the exercise of Graduate psychological differences between men and women factors, interest, companion, evaluation system for boys and girls in the degree of influence varies. Like physical exercise among boys than girls; girls than boys are more susceptible to peer influence; girls are more concerned about self-efficacy, boys are more concerned about others evaluated. (4) This study supports the training attitude - behavior of nine-factor model, but compared with this model, the study also found that an important factor, are personality traits of character. Attitude - personality factors influence students do not constitute psychological factors participate in physical exercise. These findings not only deepen our understanding of graduate students do not participate in physical activity affect the understanding of psychological factors, but also found the objective and subjective factors influence each other, which in the future to enhance physical activity interventions provided.
