Abstract


Schools to carry out rural vocational the labor transfer the status of education and training research, which explore the development of rural secondary vocational education law, the aim is for the rural surplus labor force and orderly and efficient transfer to non-agricultural sectors to provide theoretical guidance while rich medium theoretical system of vocational education, to provide new ideas for the development of rural secondary vocational education.
