Abstract


Nowadays, technology progress is a decisive force in national strength competition, as well as economic and social development. Technology innovation is the core of national competitiveness while human resources are the key to improve the innovation ability of technology. Reserve forces as human resources, college students are the future and hope of the innovation. Universities take high responsibility to cultivate talents and enhance the capacity in this field. Therefore, great importance has been attached to the thing by education and science circle. They have been made a good number of researches to present lots of ideals. Recently, with the deep expansion of quality education, humanistic education has become increasingly significant as an important part of quality education. Humanistic education has played an irreplaceable part to college students in all-round development, especially in cultivating and enhancing the innovation ability of technology. This topic selection is based on reality, intensively study the influence that technology innovation bring to college students, further discuss the methods and ways to put it into action.Firstly, this passage raises the language environment of Humanistic based upon CPC Central Committee and State Council on Deepening the Educational Reform’s Decision to Promote Quality Education, through analyzing the ancient and modern contents of humanities, summarise the view. It shows that science corresponds to humanity,and humanity is the sum of various culture patterns of the field of human spiritual life. Moreover, according to the definition of humanities of this passage, it makes a further analysis of the concept of Humanistic and Humanistic Education. The opinion is that education of since world view, fine tradition, moral qualities, culture thickness and psychological quality cultivation play all kinds of roles in college student technology innovation.Secondly, this passage fields and comprehends the meaning of technology innovation and technology innovation ability. It gives the comparison the definitions of Innovate, Invent and Discover which makes the conception of Innovation stands out more clearly. It elaborates the structure and characteristic of the capability of college student technology innovation to express more accurately that technology innovation ability is a special comprehensive capacity. Components that form the college student technology innovation is the innovation realization, thoughts, personality, knowledge and skills. What’s more, it is systematic, subjective dynamic and malleable.After multi analysing the capability of humanistic education and technology innovation, this passage analyzes the influence that the humanistic education has to that capability in function and contents. Reckoning that humanistic education plays a significant role in enriching the knowledge, cultivating personality, forming the thoughts and enhancing the skills and stimulating new realizations in the technology innovation, humanistic education, however, exerts a far-reaching influence in college technology innovation in world view education, fine tradition inheritance, moral integrity cultivation, psychological quality construction and cultural sediment.Finally, this passage gives advices that universities should improve students’technology innovation through carrying out humanistic education. Also, it aims at current students’humanistic education problem in terms of conception, details, methods and teaching ability. Meanwhile, preliminary study has been done to explore the means to short-term evaluation of the innovation.
