Abstract


The emergence of the human capital theory, we are due to have a new understanding and awareness of the dynamic of economic growth and economic development, it is well reveal the enormous role of human capital in economic development. Has a major contribution to human capital as a resource for economic development. China is a large agricultural country, the rural population accounts for the vast majority of the \have to pay attention to the problem of human capital for economic growth and development has a major role in our country in order to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, to achieve industrialization objectives and economic development can not be replaced by any material resources necessary to pay serious attention to human capital, particularly those concerned The gap between urban and rural areas, which provide some theoretical guidance for us to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, to improve the level of urbanization in China, and the road to industrialization. From the empirical analysis and normative analysis, qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis method of comparative analysis of human capital of Yunnan Province, urban and rural gap, to prompt the human capital of the Yunnan Province, between urban and rural areas in the static stock and dynamic investment gap. Human capital has a major role in the economic development of production factors in the imbalance between urban and rural areas in order to illustrate the fact that, I hope to attract readers to this concern. This paper is divided into five chapters: (1) The first chapter is the introductory part, mainly on the purpose and significance of the research, as well as at home and abroad in the urban-rural gap between human capital research situation. (2) The second chapter master from urban and rural human capital of Yunnan Province static that the human capital stock of a comparative study. (3) The third chapter is a comparative study of the dynamic aspects of the human capital that human capital investment. (5) The fifth chapter is the main policy recommendations.
