Abstract


The independent innovation is the source of strength of the sustainable development of the cluster enterprises and is of the important ways to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of the cluster enterprises. Effective mode of selection of independent innovation clusters related to the sustainable competitiveness of enterprises development. This paper chooses a sustained competitiveness of the unique perspective, and explores systematically the independent innovation enterprise cluster model and other related issues. It is the mainly research in the following levels:Firstly, it is the interpretation of the interlinkages between in the sustainable competitiveness of the cluster enterprises and independent innovation. The sustained competitiveness is a series of complementary combination of skills and knowledge within the clusters organizations, and is of one or more of a business to achieve the level of competition in the field, to access the capacity of sustainable competitive advantage. By the connotation of independent innovation, and its inherent mechanism analysis, it is revealed the inherent correlation during in the independent innovation as an important driving force of the sustainable competitiveness of the cluster enterprises. We analyse the independent innovation factors to enhance the sustainable competitiveness of the cluster enterprises. And it researches mainly on the external and internal dimensions of the factors of the independent innovation of the cluster enterprises. The external factors include the construction of the cluster innovation system, the innovation policy system. And the corporate strategy of innovation, the research and development capabilities, the manufacturing capacity, the marketing capabilities, the ability to integrate new resources, are the basic constituent elements of the abilities of the independent innovation.We propose a sustained model of independent innovation. This paper further developments the independent innovation models, and based on the original style, integrated, the introduction of independent innovation models, we propose the sustained model of independent innovation. The main features of the model are to achieve a comprehensive, ecological, internet-based of the independent innovation. The comprehensive independent innovation is to stress the independent innovations about all elements of enterprise clusters, all personnel, all of independent innovation value chain, thereby expanding their own innovative research vision. The ecological independent innovation is the requirements to build the bionic and the symbiotic relationship of the innovation system, and for environment-friendly, conservation of natural resources etc., to achieve ecological innovation or green innovation. The network independent innovation is to be a global enterprise cluster concept, and to integrated global network of resources and building networks of independent innovation mechanism, across time and space to achieve the independent innovation, to enhance enterprise cluster sustained competitiveness.Thirdly, it is the construction of the space and knowledge model of the sustainable independent innovation of the cluster enterprises. From the two levels of space element and knowledge element to construct the independent innovation model to improve the sustainable competitiveness of the cluster enterprises. The space model of the independent innovation reveals that the ecological model and network model of independent innovation is beneficial to the realization of clusters between enterprises or shorten the distance of space-time and space constraints, and to build complementarity symbiotic relationship between the cluster and to upgrade the sustainable competitiveness. The knowledge model of the independent innovation is to explored of the cluster enterprises based on knowledge sharing strategic alliances innovation, and it is superior to the separate or imitation innovation, and the sustainable independent innovation model can be effective enterprise knowledge sharing, resource integration, complementary technology effects of the collaborative innovation.At last, it is explored the mechanisms and strategies of the independent innovation to improve the sustainable competitiveness of the cluster enterprises. Based on the requirements to improve the sustainable competitiveness, the proposed mechanism for independent innovation include the mechanism for consolidating resources, and dynamic alliance mechanisms and green supply chain mechanism. Engineering Machinery Group of Changsha as the example analysis, and the adoption of the empirical data analysis of the sustained independent innovation models from Sanyichonggong and Zhonglianzhongke, we researched on the main issues of the Changsha Engineering Machinery Enterprise Cluster of independent innovation, and discussed the key strategies of the comprehensive, ecological, internet-based of the independent innovation of the cluster enterprises.
