Abstract


With the continuous economic and social development and people's livelihood has become China's socialist modernization one of the priorities , and the problem in underdeveloped regions demonstrated the contradiction is particularly prominent. View from the root causes of conflicts and solve the problem of employment and income gap , it means to resolve a large part of the social contradictions . However, we can not be isolated to look at this issue, but can not talk about the problem on the problem . Can I suggest that from the financial point of view to think about the development of the problem . I believe that the goal of financial development should improve themselves in order to promote economic , Pratt \u0026 Whitney Volkswagen, highlighting fair . In the past three decades of reform and opening up , especially in the western development decade, either from financial institutions category , quantity point of view, or from the financial products, services point of view, Xinjiang financial and constantly improve , has been rapid development. According to previous literature and author of the study , financial development in Xinjiang indeed promote economic development, but also contribute also very impressive, but it only shows the basic realization of financial development in Xinjiang first goal and the second goal, whether for financial Xinjiang after two goals to achieve , the literature has not yet been given powerful argument , and no reason to carry out empirical research to prove . Based on this situation , the author studies the financial and employment structure , the income gap between urban and rural areas , and thus proved how to further promote financial development in Xinjiang employment structure optimization and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas an effective way . This basic idea is the first in-depth review of the financial development of several major classical theory , followed by the development of the financial impact on employment and income gap conduction mechanism, on the basis of these two tasks to Xinjiang for the study, the use of empirical methods were explored financial development in Xinjiang employment and income effects , and ultimately based on empirical findings and problems reflected , by improving the structure of employment in Xinjiang and urban-rural income gap is narrowing some countermeasures .
