Abstract


Marx’s civil society thought is an important part of marxism, the social construction of current is of great theoretical and practical significance. National farmers to the evolution of social farmers experienced a lengthy process, this process is the farmer rights process of constant development. In this process, the farmer rights and economic rights, political and social rights, cultural rights experienced great changes.From the reform and opening in China for more than 30 years to see the achievements of civil society, Marx thought has rich theoretical value and practical value. Although the achievements of human rights of Chinese farmers also faces a challenge, but we believe that under the guidance of the theory of Marx’s thought of civil society our farmers human rights development will certainly make greater achievement.
