Abstract


2009 Chinese press and publishing industry output exceeded one trillion , private book industry has achieved a lot for . Data show that in 2009 the National Private studio culture involved in planning more than 40,000 kinds of books , almost a quarter of the year new varieties of books , and in the distribution field , private book industry, \established. Since reform and opening , private book industry in accordance with the laws of their own birth, growth and expansion. Chinese government in this process , plays a crucial role, which sometimes induce private book industry , and sometimes hinder private book industry forward, but more often , it is to let the private book industry in the healthy growth. In turn, the growth of private book industry also contributed to the government's reform and progress. In this paper, the theory of regulation economics perspective , trying to show the Chinese government since reform and opening private book industry regulation changes and its underlying causes, and this process private book industry development and growth process, and on this basis , the government forecast regulation of private book industry trends . Therefore, this paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the first chapter . Main topics of this chapter explain the background , significance of the topic , research methods, current research and theoretical overview and definitions related to the definition . The second part is the second, third and fourth chapters . This paper, the Chinese government regulation of private book industry changes is divided into three stages, namely the stage of market access , regulatory relaxation phase and the new phase of regulation , namely that the second, third and fourth chapters . In each chapter contains regulatory changes and their causes, private book industry, and the changes brought by the problem and so on. The third part is the fifth chapter . In this section , the paper will be the government 's regulation of private book industry to predict future trends .
