With the extensive use of a variety of wireless communication technologies , limited spectrum resources increasingly tense ; On the other hand , a lot of spectrum resources is not take full advantage of . In order to ease the contradiction between the lack of spectrum resources and spectrum resource utilization is low , a variety of dynamic spectrum sharing technology emerged , the most striking development of cognitive radio technologies . Cognitive radio is a key technology resource reuse of wireless spectrum , it can significantly improve the utilization of wireless spectrum , dynamic spectrum access . This article focused on the cognitive radio technology in power to control this critical technology research , the main work is as follows: first to introduce the overview of the development and its key technologies of cognitive radio technology , and describes and analyzes the basic principles of game theory and power control game model , the focus of analysis based on non-cooperative game theory model of cognitive radio power control algorithm , and a new design on the basis of the non - cooperative game based on the cost function power control effectively function , and can be seen through the simulation analysis new game model in the utility function and transmit power than the original game model has significantly improved. Secondly, the use of genetic algorithms to cognitive radio power control , genetic algorithm is a stochastic global search algorithm , its target space random search , global parallel search search engine optimization best individual groups . With strong search capabilities of genetic algorithms to search out the most appropriate cognitive users transmit power , and the same NPGP (Non-cooperative Power Control Game with Pricing, Power Control ) algorithm of non-cooperative game theory based on the cost function in transmitting power , utility function and other aspects of the simulation comparison . Finally, the quantum genetic algorithm applied to cognitive radio power control for cognitive users transmit power . Simulation results show that , compared with the NPGP algorithm , genetic algorithm and quantum genetic algorithm has more advantages in terms of cognitive users transmit power and user utility .
