Abstract


Recently, traffic transportation especially the highway construction has made great progress and achieved rapid development in our country. To 2006, the mileage of our country’s road has been 3,480 thousand kilometres, and that number of highway is 45.4 thousand, which is ranked second in the world. According to the measurement criterion constituted by ministry of communications, it is quite needed to measure the pavement feature parameter regularly. But the development of pavement roughness inspection equipment of our country is laggard, which does not meet the need of traffic construction whether in precision or in efficiency. Therefore, this paper researches on the techniques of information acquisition and location in pavement roughness inspection. considering the high precision and high efficiency demand. While lots of experiments is used to prove correctness and feasibility. The main research works in this dissertation are as follows:1. Design the software of information acqusition and location in pavement roughness inspection, which can be successfully used in inspection.2. Considering the demand of high precision and efficiency in information acquisition and location in pavement inspection, and the shortage of method first used, afford a improvement project and design new methods on acquisition and location. Make compare on methods according to efficiency, precision demand, while provide a best method .3. When used as distance recording instrument, photoelectric encoder makes bigger error as time taking is longer which calls for data compensation. linear fitting method as basic way, information from GPS is transformed to data showing distance made, according to which data from encoder has been compensated.4. Help developing pavement roughness inspection experiment system. Experiments is made to test the performance of information acquisition and location system, while the error of the system is analysed and researched.
