Abstract


For improving product competitiveness , improve the market environment and to achieve the purpose of improvement of the overall competitiveness of enterprises , information technology has become the inevitable road to the development of domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises . However , the unique mode of production and operation of the equipment manufacturing industry, information technology must be accompanied by a higher risk of failure . Equipment manufacturing enterprise information risk management , analysis of the main risks exist in the information technology implementation process , propose appropriate means and measures , has important theoretical and practical significance . In this paper, the goal-oriented analysis theory and method , analytic hierarchy process technology and equipment manufacturing enterprise information risk overall evaluation on the basis of quantitative calculation and qualitative discussion clearly the main risk drivers of the different stages of the equipment manufacturing enterprise information risk and important ; equipment manufacturing process of enterprise information risk control process of enterprise information , emphasizing the handling and management of the project running through the establishment of a sound governance structure of the enterprise information project , through the control of risk factors to reduce probability of risk events and reduce the degree of risk of loss , to safeguard enterprise information smoothly . China Shipbuilding Industry of enterprise information risk management empirical studies show that , from a risk management organization , planning and implementation of control three aspects , adhere to the process control equipment manufacturing enterprise information risk management is feasible and effective .
