Abstract


Social life is essentially practical, in practice, the process of creating aculture of the people, culture, people can temperament, training, ability, vision, ideas, etc. play a subtle role, which requires people to provide the necessary cultural resources. Therefore, both the rural residents of rural culture simply personal growth, social stability in rural areas is also necessary to maintain one of the factors. This stage the vast rural areas of China has entered a road of building a moderately prosperous society, but cultural construction in rural areas can not and rural economic development go hand in hand. From the "Falun Gong" cult organizations and rural residents such as disorderly conduct petition a threat to social stability in view of the fact, the social stability of rural culture have a special role in prevention. Stability is the prerequisite for the development of rural society, and social stability in rural areas needs to do support the construction of rural culture, the strengthening of rural cultural construction in rural areas to address the current "three rural" issues and will promote rural stability, an important means of sustainable development. Strengthening the Cultural Construction is to improve the scientific and cultural quality of farmers and the ideological and moral quality of the key is to achieve a new rural construction, to meet the basic cultural needs of farmers, safeguard social stability in rural areas fundamental way.Cultural construction of social stability in rural areas play a subtle role in the stability of Chinese society is rural, and rural social stability or the level of cultural development in rural areas and the current soft power is closely related to rural culture. Cultural construction in rural areas for the current main problems in the impact on social stability, the strengthening of rural cultural development to take the necessary measures and means, first of all, to take forward the development of cultural undertakings in rural areas, lead the development of rural education; popularize science and technology; development rural sports; the development of rural radio, film and TV industry; the development of publishing industry; construction of rural information technology business and other measures. Secondly, the establishment of rural cultural market system, management system by accelerating rural culture; rural cultural intellectual property system reform; development of cultural industries in rural areas, prosperous rural cultural market, construction of the rural culture.
