Abstract


The modern society is the information society. Information is an important component in it and has become the basic communication mode between people. Information technology to modern society brings double-sided influence nowadays because information interests drive in the information market. On the one hand they to the human society have promoted the progress of civilization and development of culture; on the other hand have brought some problems on ethics, i, e, the false information, information crime, digital divide, dissimilation about human, threatened in the privacy and intellectual property issues, and so on. How to normalize and guide human behavior in information activities, and how to use reasonable information technology as well as how to cultivate people’s good information moral habits, etc. These realistic problems are never to be evaded nowadays.It must be a complete set of perfect ethical system to regulate and guide the main bodies in the information activities. And this is what I am going to emphasize the personal information ethics. This study combining domestic and foreign historical records, I firstly analyze the rise and development of information ethics. And on this basis, combing with the reality of personal information ethics constructs intrinsic mechanism. Information ethical problems in some developed countries have become a hot topic. Information ethics of course also becomes an independent popular discipline. It has broken through the computer ethics limitations. And pay more attention to the ethical problems in the information society. Making information ethics in theoretical depth and application on the breadth has a new development. Our research on information ethics relative to other developed countries started lately. But research soon have been published a lot of academic works and papers, in our country abundant research material.This paper combined with the construction of personal information ethics discusses systematically discussed, proved up the social ethics culture factors on the influence of personal information ethics, puts forward the concept characteristics and function on it and the main body of the information requirements. We think the normative ethics information subject with virtue ethics is to construct a perfect combination of personal information ethics most ideal mode. In building personal information ethics value standard system at the same time, it is necessary to visualize practice, only such ability is conducive to ensuring information between subjects with the information society and normal relationship. Effectively constraint all kinds of information activities in order to maintain the normal behavior information communication spread. Within the scope of the ethic of personal information publicly in different degree so just to promote information subjects in information activities, rely on self-consciousness of autonomy and other-discipline compulsory toward information subjects to the direction of self improvement on the healthy.
