Abstract


Sinicization of marxism democracy theory is to make marxism democracy theory combine with reality of China, historical process of striveing for the people’s democracy, is one of the major problems in the theory and the practice must be solved in revolution, construction and reform of China. From it founded ,our Party has dedicated to advancing sinicization of marxism democracy theory, formed two sinicization of marxism theoretical achievements, and eventually democratic explored a consistent with China’s national conditions of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics the road of development and the people’s democratic politics rights got practical maintenance and development.This paper adhere to the dialectical materialism and historical materialism as guidance, using literature, analysis of induction, multidisciplinary synthesis methods, from three parts of marxist democratic theory China into the article:The first part answers the conditions of sinicization of marxism democracy theory. Firstly, marxism-leninism democracy theory is a scientific theory; Secondly, other democracy theories practiced in China all ended in failure; Thirdly, the need of reality of the international and domestic circumstance development and change of China.The second part reviews of sinicization of marxism democracy theory process and generalizes its characteristics. Sinicization of marxism democracy theory realized two historic leaps, formed two major theoretical results, and presented characteristics of practicality, nationality and transcendence.The third part summarizes the basic experience of sinicization of marxism democracy theory. First, we must treat marxism democracy theory with scientific attitude; Second, we must proceed from China’s reality; Third, we must reference reasonable factors of all democratic thoughts; Fourth, we must insist on the Party’s leadership, the people are the masters of the country and the rule by law with the organic unity.
