Abstract

In this experiment, we use the electrospinning technology toprepare the (PSU/PVDF/SMA) fibers which contain carboxyl, withexcellent performance of resistance to light degradation. They are usedas carriers. We prepare the Sulfide Semiconductor/(PSU/PVDF/SMA)Electrospun Fiber Composite Photocatalytic Materials byhydrothermal reaction method. We study the effect and stability of thecomposite materials in the visible light photocatalytic degradation ofmethyl orange. The experiment is divided into the following threeparts:(1)The spinning process system studies about the mixed resin ofpolysulfone resin and fluorine resin have shown that: when the total amount of the solvent is25mL, the critical solute mass of bisphenol Apolysulfone (PSU) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) are4.5g and0.6g, respectively, we can get a stable, uniform and smoothelectrospun fibers. The ratio of the selected solvent has an effect onthe morphology of the electrospun fiber for a certain degree. Themixed solvents with high boiling point solvent and low boiling pointsolvent can improve the performance of spinning, in this experiment, the mass ratio of3:1is the most ideal situation.(2)The preparation and photocatalytic properties of the PbS-Bi2S3Heterojunction/(PSU/PVDF/SMA) Electrospun Fiber CompositePhotocatalytic Materials: In this trial, the (PSU/PVDF/SMA)electrospun fiber mats are used as carriers, the carboxyl groups in theelectrospun fibers surface can complexe the metal ions. Inhydrothermal conditions, we prepare the PbS-Bi2S3Heterojunction/(PSU/PVDF/SMA) Electrospun Fiber CompositePhotocatalytic Materials which have chemical bonds, the diameterrange of the PbS-Bi2S3heterojunctions are1-2μm. The UV-Vis absorption spectrum show that the absorption range of the compositematerials are in the visible region. We use xenon lamps as the simulatevisible source, the methyl orange as the photocatalytic degradationtarget, and study the photocatalytic activity of the composite materials. In visible light, the composite materials are able to degrade a certainamount of methyl orange solution, higher than the PbS-Bi2S3Heterojunction powders. The experiments which are repeated severaltimes still have good stability. The results show that the compositeshave high catalytic surface areas andadsorption-Migration-photodegradation, so they have higherphotocatalytic efficiency.(3)The preparation and photocatalytic properties of PbS-TiO2Heterojunction/(PSU/PVDF/SMA) Electrospun Fiber CompositePhotocatalytic Materials: We use the (PSU/PVDF/SMA) electrospunfiber mats after alkali treatment as the carriers. With the samemechanisms which are said before, under hydrothermal conditions, wecontrol the growth of the semiconductor inorganic particle nucleations in the fibers and prepare the PbS-TiO2heterojunction/(PSU/PVDF/SMA) electrospun fiber composites. Invisible light conditions, we study the degradation process of methylorange aqueous solution. The results show that the composites havehigher catalytic surface areas andadsorption-Migration-photodegradation. The photocatalytic efficiencyis higher than the PbS-TiO2heterojunction powders.
