Abstract


The information technology developed along with the time, the society is more relay on the technology, the‘golden Shield engineering’is the information foundation work of the Public Security Officers, it take a huge successful in public security’s works. But it is limited by many history reasons, the individual department of public security should according to their own problems of the information requires and the special applications, that lead to the departments to choose the adequate environments of soft hardware. As the result of the each department has their own system, there is a problem of the public security official inner part which is the operate system will continuously creation "information isolated island”.Because there is too many different systems like hardware terrace, operate system and database of various different types management system etc. When people face to the huge information source, they will hope to have the mature database technique, This technique can search, analysis and summary the information that people interesting in.This thesis is about the practical significance of Traffic control synthesis application system’s research and development. With the support of the database technique, the application system’s develop tools, design target, ideas and function could be decided easily. This will help Traffic control synthesis application system to carried out to manage a comprehensive application to the transportation system search, statistics, print etc. mainly manage function. For ensure the safety of public security official internal data, this system in addition to the safe measure of the normal regulations, like fire wall, invade examination etc. in addition to means, also built up a set of safe control system, ensured a data integrity, and with database and PKI number attestation to discriminate the identity of visitant, the communication of database and PKI number attestation is encrypted a technique by SSL to promise its safety.This software will help the departments and officers could make the firsthand information in control, reduce the huge work of information manage. It will improve the manage department’s ability in macro-control of the traffic control, handle sudden danger and overall situation. In the end, the freeway traffic manage will more programming, Schematization and Standardization.
