Self-compacting concrete is a kind of High performance concrete with excellent ability of fluidity、segregation resistance and filling ability. With the development of technologies of admixture and additive in concrete, the technologic base for making up Self-compacting concrete has been laid. It will bring higher social benefit、 economic effectiveness and environmental benefit. This paper carried out researches on the Optimal Design of Self-compacting concrete Mix and its expansion property. The main achievements obtained in this study are as follows:(1)The selection of raw materials and optimization of the Self-compacting concrete of C30and C65.,(2) The effect of the amount of expansive agent、silica fume and fly-ash on expansion property of Self-compacting concrete was studied through test in the lab.(3) The test showed that the expansion rate of Self-compacting concrete increased with increasing the amount of expansive agent. Obvious shrinkage compensation had not been discovered when the replacement of UEA expansive agent was less than8%.(4)The investigation suggested the expansion rate of Self-compacting concrete decreased with increasing the amount of silica fume and fly-ash. has no appreciable effect on The influence of silica fume on expansion rate was little and10%fly-ash was suggested.(5) This study pointed out expansion rate of Self-compacting concrete decreased with sand ratio. To obtain a self-compacted concrete with best workability lesser sand rate is proposed.(6)As a result of our research the application of Self-compacting concrete(C30/C65) had made the economical earnings, social reward and environment reward.
