Abstract


E-commerce site has accumulated a lot of business data and user access information. Data mining technology and Web mining techniques to e-commerce, you can get useful knowledge from vast amounts of data, is used to guide the e-commerce sites the user personalized service, thereby enhancing the user to obtain rate and loyalty, enhance website the ability to cross-sell. This article describes the technology and its major e-commerce, pointed out the significance of the e-commerce personalized service, personalized service development and current status of e-commerce, and points out the role and significance of Web mining technology for e-commerce personalized service . This article discusses the definition of data mining and web mining technology, the characteristics of the process model, and Research. Mainly used in personalized service Web usage mining procedures are described. In-depth discussions on the Web log mining technology, pointed out the key technical and difficult. Web log mining difficulties and shortcomings, in accordance with the requirements of the e-commerce personalized service, instead of Web log user access to the records in the Web mining as the main source of data, and applications combined with dynamic pages, active, selective to carry out the collection of user access records. This paper points out the composition of user access records, given the specific data collection and user identification methods, and the feasibility analysis and related experiments. Experiments show that the method of the system response delay has little effect, and greatly reduces the amount of data to be excavated, and to reduce the workload of the data cleaning, to improve the accuracy of the user identification, user identification work, to improve data The mining algorithm implementation efficiency has laid a good foundation. Accordingly, we further propose to introduce users to access records of e-commerce personalized service system based on Web mining structure, work processes and site layout.
