Abstract


Fairness in education is not only the basic for society’s stabilization and harmony, but also is the human being’s nice ideality. Fair and effective implementation of the classroom instruction is essential content of Fairness in education. It has made progress and development, but there are still some defects which need to adopt new measures to solve. Classroom learning community building embodied the basic content of classroom instruction fair. Promote classroom teaching fair classroom learning community strategy is for classroom teaching fair features flexible teaching methods and organizational form. It plays the role of the classroom to promote fair and effective implementation of classroom instruction. It makes the classroom teaching of realizing fair become possible and enables students to obtain overall development also gains satisfaction and pride. It contributed to education and social coordinated development.
