Wireless communications technology, computer technology, information network technology and the rapid development of media products and services, they accelerate the development process of mobile media, the smart phones with a high degree of mobility, portability, privacy and personalized, interactive multimedia, can achieve the Internet functionality, the mass media has won the favor of the majority of youth groups, it has become their first media, the most direct exchange platform and the most intimate partners.To improve the status of moral hunger and moral crisis with more young people, using the youth favorite mobile media to carry out informal moral learning is essential, this study proposes the use of mobile media to enhance the moral education of young people effect. It gets the current moral status of young people and the development of mobile media through literature reading and data collection, and analyses the feasibility of using mobile media to improve of young people moral education mainly from theory foundation, the secondary development based on mobile platform, the close relationship with the young people and mobile media, reality needs aspects, and proposes the strategies of using mobile media to improve the adolescent moral education effect.
