Abstract


Embedded technique is developing rapidly in the modern society, and at the sametime, because of its development,the nondestructive testing technology for rock bolt alsodevelop rapidly towards the direction of more portable, more powerful and moreoperational.In the field of mining and Architecture,the testing of rock bolt and anchoring’sinstallation is still a problem that need to be solved.This paper is based on the embedded bolt nondestructive testing system with theproject of the National Natural Science Fund (project number:5060774) to carry out.According to the feature of the system which has large amount of calculation anddata screening,I have combined industry with this aspect of actual demand, adopting thesuper computing power of the latest embedded ARM11processor S3C6410as portablehardware platform, choosing a very strong Windows CE6.0with great expansion, cutting,threading and real-timing as the embedded operating system.In the process of designing the hardware of embedded system, the driver and thecircuit of ARM chips were extended and improved according the feature of them,customized the BSP specifically for development board of S3C6410and derived the SDKfor the software development. After the careful analysis of the structure of Windows CEsystem, the methods of constructing developing platform and the methods ofcustomization and grafting for the kernel, I finished the transplantation of Windows CE6.0system with Platform Builder. In the aspect of the design of application programs, Imake full use of the compatibility of Windows CE system and Windows desktop system,taking advantage of integrated developing environment for Visual Studio2008andVB.NET programming language, using the object oriented programming method to finishthe four function module of the nondestructive testing software: interface display,parameter setting, waveform display and data analysis, and puts forward the improvedmethod of the signal of the FFT.This portable system of embedded nondestructive testing for rock bolt intergratedsignal acquisition, data management and data analysis and processing in one,having thefunctions of waveform display, parameter setting, spectrum analysis and so on. In view ofthe actual situation of bolt nondestructive testing, the device has the advantages of smallvolume, portable, low power consumption, simply operational function and secondarydevelopment advantages. This study on nondestructive testing technology made a useful exploration to the transplantation of the portable embedded platform.
