Abstract


Along with the progress of the society, the development of science and technology,people`s demands for the comfort of clothing become higher. People will produce allkinds of action during work and life, while common dress style is designed fitting line,when people doing a larger extent or long time activities, will lead to a not freely, hot anddamp feeling. Due to the structure of the knitting fabric for each coil is trapped together,which equiped with good stretchability and permeability.After reasonable clippingapplications, they can be highly helpful to the improvement for the clothing comfort.Therefore, explore characteristics of knitting fabric to improve the comfort of clothingbecoming the main purpose for me to write it.This paper mainly analysis of the characteristics of knitted fabrics through fourparts.The first part is mainly about the structure composed of knitted fabrics.To startfrom fiber and the structure respectively,analysis of the overall properties of knittedfabric and knitted fabric’s advantages and disadvantages of wearing.So as to avoidweaknesses and make reasonable use.The second part analysis improvement of theknitted fabric to the garment texture and the outline shape from the decorative point ofview.and knitting accessories for apparel decorative effects.Then summed up thedecorative features of different garments appearance knitted fabrics.The third partanalysis the impact of knitted fabrics to clothing stretch,perspiration andpermeability.By analyzing the using of knitted fabrics in sportswear, casual wear andunderwear,conclude the improvement of different dress requirements in functional fromknitted fabrics. The fourth part design a shirt with knitted fabric on my own,performingsubjective wear test with same pattern woven fabric shirt. By Contrast research the effectof knitted fabrics improve comfort of wearing.Through these studies,conducting a comprehensive analysis of knitted fabrics fordecorative, functional, artistic and practical.Analysis the knitted fabric to improvecomfort of clothing deeply. Hope that the results of this research may provide a referencesource for the future costume design selection of fabrics.
