Abstract


The industrial structure is a very important part of the national economic structure , the key phase equilibrium total supply and total demand . Good industrial structure , the objective to promote the orderly and coordinated development of the national economy and improve the effectiveness of social production . With the implementation of the policy of reform and opening up , China 's economy has maintained rapid growth , the industrial structure has also undergone a huge change , irrational industrial structure has become one of the major obstacles affecting the sustainable development of China 's economy . How to accelerate the pace of China's industrial structure optimization and upgrading of industrial modernization , we should study the issues in depth . Adjust and optimize the industrial structure plays an important role in how much of the tax revenue , and the severity of the tax burden of tax policy has a direct impact on the development of various industries and the contribution to economic growth . Therefore, the implementation of effective tax policy to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure adjustment , and ultimately achieve the goal of industrial restructuring . The internal and external environment for economic development in Xinjiang in changing the existing structure of the industry has been unable to adapt to the sustained and healthy development of the economic requirements .
