Abstract

According to Zhao Wang river water quality conditions, in this research commonwetland landscape plants of Liaocheng botanical garden (Typha angustifolia,Nymphaea tetragona, Phragmites communis, Iris tectorum Maxim, Canna indica,Sagittaria sagittifolia, Nelumbo nucifera) were used to deal with the Zhao Wang riverwater in different period of growth. The results will provide a scientific basis forcultivation of artificial wetland plants. The research included that:1) In the germination period of wetland landscapeplants, Zhao Wang river water purification of TN, TP, CODMnwere studied byhydroponic plants, sand plants, surface flow wetland plants.2)In the vigorous growthperiod of wetland landscape plants, Zhao Wang river water purification of TN, TP,CODMnwere studied by hydroponic plants,2010and2011surface flow wetlandplants.3) In the low ebb period of wetland landscape plants, Zhao Wang river waterpurification of TN, TP, CODMnwere studied by hydroponic plants,2010and2011surface flow wetland plants. The main conclusions are as follows:⑴From wetland landscape plants in different growth period on TN removaleffects, landscape plant growth apparent wetland had best denitrification effect, growth in the early times takes second place, restrains growth phase removal effect isthe worst.⑵In the germination period, the removal rate of each surface flow wetland plantto total nitrogen is at50%-56%. Compared with other hydroponic and sand plant ofthe same period, the surface flow wetland landscape plant growth early handling ofTN efficiency is lower. In the hydroponic and sand experiment, TN processing effect of Canna indica and Sagittaria sagittifolia is slightly better than other plants.⑶In the vigorous growth period, the removal rate of each surface flow wetlandplant to total nitrogen can reach90%, and plant variety is not difference. Between twoyears has good reproducibility. In the hydroponic experiment, the removal rates ofNymphaea tetragona, Typha angustifolia, Canna indica to total nitrogen are between20%and40%, that of Iris tectorum Maxim, Phragmites communis are negative.⑷In the low ebb period, after applying insulation measures in winter, all thehydroponic plants on TN processing efficiency are not high, in addition to Cannaindica has significantly lower. The removal rate of each surface flow wetland plant tototal nitrogen is low and changes greatly along with the change of temperature.Among them, the Nelumbo nucifera is influenced by temperature. The performance ofNymphaea tetragona and Canna indica is best.⑸In different growth period, wetland landscape plants on TP removal is aphysical and chemical adsorption and precipitation in the leading role.⑹For CODMn, the role of plants is limited to the low polluted river water. In thegermination and low ebb period, the CODMnremoval rate is negative. In the vigorousgrowth period, the performance of Typha angustifolia and Canna indica is best.⑺Surface flow wetland experiment shows that the approaching winter, at the fallplants withered stage, the change of temperature has a great influence on thepurification efficiency of wetlands. But hydroponic experiment shows that because ofthe effect of the plant internal growth rhythm, purification of plants to the river islimited.⑻I n the north,Canna indica and Nymphaea tetragona can keep growing for along time, and they are able to bear cold, so they should be used in more fields.
