Abstract


With the continuous advancement of information and communication technology, the Internet of things referred to as the third wave of the world information industry has been swept to the intense competition, the traditional business tends to be saturated telecom industry has brought new growth points, but also for the telecom operators to provide a good opportunity for development. Compared with the traditional telecommunications industry value chain, the Internet of Things industry value chain is more complex and open industrial pattern will also change. The design, implementation and innovation of the business model has a very important significance for the survival and development of enterprises, and new technology to help telecom operators in the Internet of Things, grasp the important value for the new market conditions, factors, and to build a unique combination of resources , the form of the ability to respond to global competition, at the same time, but also to promote the healthy and orderly development of China's Internet of Things industry have a positive meaning. Based on the theory of the business model, the industry value chain, game theory, combined with the characteristics of the Internet of Things, Internet of things from the perspective of the telecom operators business model, the use of the research methods of literature studies, model studies, case studies, at the theoretical level external environmental factors on the telecom operators, the industry value chain positioning, and conducted in-depth analysis and discussion with other competitive and cooperative relations between enterprises and internal management issues. First, the business model theory and summarized comprehensive, combing the Internet of Things concept, key technologies, and the role and application fields, on this basis, the proposed analytical framework of the business model of the telecom operators of Things, the establishment of cut from the macro, meso and microscopic levels of research ideas. Second, using the PEST analysis from the macro-level analysis of the environment for the development of the Internet of Things Industry into the summary of the strengths and weaknesses in the existing political and legal environment, economic environment, social environment, technology environment. Again, REVIEW industry value chain concepts and theories based on the composition of the analyte in the networking industry value chain, pointed out that the role of telecom operators in the industry value chain, and use e3-value model different roles and appropriate business model analysis and a clear the participants value creation and value exchange process. Then, using evolutionary game thinking and Stackelberg model of things industry value chain, competition and cooperation between telecom operators and upstream and downstream enterprises discussed. Subsequently, a summary of the operations and management of the well-known telecom operators in the field of Internet of Things, exploration and analysis of telecom operators in the business model, revenue model, as well as the organizational model of innovation. Finally, a summary of the full text, and pointed out that further research directions.
