Abstract


After China entered into the WTO, foreign trade has been vigorous development. Owing to the further relaxing of the export and import business rights, the number of foreign trade company and export volume have been increased a lot and let "Make in China" got even more impressive worldwide. In the increasingly fierce market competition, globalization and international procurement has become an inevitable trend. But based on the enterprise development strategy, not every company will be a foreign resident in China and not every company has the strategy to establish purchasing centre in China in charge of purchasing and sourcing. The professional third party purchasing company brings the hope to them. The third party purchasing company can help them to response the purchasing and sourcing.The thesis is divided into six chapters. Firstly, Introduction raises the problem and delicates the significance, ways and contents about how to solve the problems. The analysis pointed out that the third-party company will be the procurement trends and the organizers of the supply chain. Following introduction the current situation of Trading in China and brief scope of E company business and that the main problems exist in the E company currently. Then carrying out the third-party purchasing’s various models in company with the advantages and shortcomings analysis of the modes and recommending E company about mode selection. After then it given the operation flow and organizational structure design suggestion based on the third-party purchasing company procurement for E company. After that comparing the traditional and the third-party purchasing in supplier selection and management. Including the selection, evaluation and assessment of specific suppliers and current problems faced by the company E. Focus on how to reduced the purchasing cost and buying price and how to developing best supplier with lower price and best quality. Lastly, declare the suggestion for E company focus on the third-party purchasing.This article focuses to the procurement practices of E Company. Demonstrating the measures and attentions about converting to be the professional third-party purchasing company. These are useful for both trading company and the third-part logistics company who want to develop to the third-part purchasing service provider.
