Ports are important nodes and hub in modern transportation system, and they play important roles in cities,countries,even the world economy.With the economic globalization and the continuous development of international trade,ports are becoming more and more important in economy and their function are changing constantly.Ports in our country on the base of traditional loading, unloading and transshipment business are extenting to packaging, processing, warehousing, distribution,information services and other integrated logistics function.Relying on the logistics park bonded area, industry of new and high technology zone,ecnomic development zone,ports should develop the industry around harbor and make their funcion and service capabilities continue expanding and improving. But at the same time,we humanbeings bring certain threat and demages to the ecological environment of ports,which leads to the regional ecological environment quality to drop.and eventually threaten the survival of ourselves. Therefore, in phrase of port planning,constrction or operation process,we must fully consider various factors avoiding to cause negative effect to humans and our environment, and pay more attention to the sustainable development.This paper will combine the actual port development with ecology, environmental science, economics, political science and other related discipline theoties to discuss the development between ports and the ecological environment. Firstly,this paper points out the research background and significance and the research status domesticallly and aboard.Then,we introduce the meaning of eco-port,some basic concept,the eco-port posititioning,basic requirements and goals.And then,this paper analyces the development situation of eco-port, summarizing the construction and development experience,enlightenment. According to all the above work,this article uses the DPSRC framework and value framework to construct the eco-port evaluation index system. After this, we put forward to apply AHP method to determine the weights of all the indicators and use triangular whitenization weight function of grey evaluation method to get our results.This system can be choosen to make disition for the government and port itself.After all,we adopt it to evaluate Qingdao port. Finally,this paper tell us the achievements,problem and prospects.
